It is found that the Liquidation order was passed on 03.10.2019 and due to this sudden Nationwide Lockdown, the Liquidation process has been adversely affected. Also, there are certain pending litigations related to the same Corporate Debtors before this Adjudicating Authority and Hon’ble NCLAT. Under such circumstances, the Adjudicating Authority allow the instant application by excluding the Lockdown period i.e. from 25.03.2020 to 31.05.2020 and extending the time upto 03.10.2021 considering the pending litigations and excluded lockdown period.
