NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2025
S.O. 132(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as Judicial Member and Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (Pre Revised) [Level 15 in the pay matrix (Rs.182200-224100) as per 7th Central Pay Commission] for a period of five years with effect from the date they assume the charge as mentioned against the name of each such member specified in the Table below, or till attaining the age of sixty-five years, or further order, whichever is the earliest, namely :-
