Order
1. As approved in the Meeting of the Authority held on 22/09/2021 the administrative and financial powers vested with the Chairperson under the section 75(3) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, hereby delegated to the Member(s) of the Authority in the following manner:
(a) During absence of the Chairperson, the administrative and financial powers and functions vested as above shall be exercised by Shri J. B. Singh, Member of the Authority.
(b)During the absence of Shri. J. B. Singh, Member and the Chairperson, the said administrative and financial powers and functions shall be exercised by Smt. Vijaya D. Pol, Member of the Authority.
2. By Virtue of this delegation, both members of the Authority is hereby authorized to sign cheque(s) for clearance of Payments from the designated bank account following due codal formalities. Their signature(s) shall be forwarded to concerned bank for taking note on record.
The other functions such as holding authority meetings, complaint registrations, hearing cases etc. shall be regulated in terms of regulation issued by the Authority vide Notification 1/RERA/Regulation of GRERA/2020/ dated 18.03.2021.
