NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2019
S.O. 4619(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Act, 2016 (44 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th day of January , 2020 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:-
