S.O. 2717(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the New Delhi International Arbitration Centre Act, 2019 (17 of 2019), the Central Government hereby 1[establishes the India International Arbitration Centre] having its head office at New Delhi with effect from 13th June, 2022.
