Effective from 16th December, 2021, while preferring appeals before the Tribunal under Section 44(1)of the RERA Act, the Heads of Account (i) for payment of appeal fee, (ii) for payment of copying fee, (iii) for pre-deposit as per proviso to Section 43(5) of the RERA Act in respect of orders passed by the RERA imposing penalty or the total amount to be paid to the allottee including interest and compensation imposed on the promoter, if any, or with both, as the case may be, as awarded by the RERA, before the said appeal is heard, are as under:
| For remittance of appeal fee of Rs.5,000/- And for copying fee of Rs.2/- per page | For pre-deposit of 30% of the penalty or such other higher percentage to be determined by the | For pre-deposit of total amount in respect of refund, delay compensation, compensation with or without interest or any other amount directed to be deposited by the Appellate Tribunal. |
