II. Full text of the judgment
New IA/3942/2023:-
This is an application filed under Section 60(5) of the IBC, 2016 seeking permission to make payments of refunds to the passengers of Corporate Debtor whose airline tickets have been cancelled. Heard the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for the Resolution Professional. Issue notice to the Respondent IBBI and also to the CoC for filing their response and appearance. In the meantime, Resolution Professional may take up the matter with CoC on the issue.
