NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th October, 2016

S.O. 3162(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Maharaj Krishan Hanjura as Member (Judicial), in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- with effect from 22nd August, 2016 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty five years, whichever is earlier.
