Sub: – Issuance of Digitally Signed Certificate (DSC) by Goa RERA
The registration of Real Estate Projects is governed by provisions under Section 3, Section 4 and Section 5 of the RERA (Act), 2016 read with Rule 6 of the Goa Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.
The registration of Real Estate Agents is governed by provisions under Section 9 of the RERA (Act), 2016 read with Rule 12 of the Goa Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.
It is therefore, brought to notice of all the stakeholders that the Goa RERA shall, hereafter, issue Digitally Signed Registration Certificates to the Promoter(s) of registered real estate projects and to registered real estate agent(s) under Goa RERA, w.e.f. 18th March 2020 onwards.
The concerned Promoter(s) and Agent(s) will receive an e-mail to their registered e-mail i.d. They are advised to download the certificate.
This is issued with approval of the Competent Authority.
