NCLT Mumbai Bench refers section 73 of IBC and allows the present IA and the case is directed be forwarded to the Central Government to examine / investigate for initiating the appropriate steps against the Respondents in respect of the Section 73(b) of the Code. Copy of the order be forwarded to IBBI for requisite information and necessary action.
