1. In continuation of S.O. No. 01/2020 dated 14th March, 2020 which has been circulated to the Hon’ble Member transferred to Chennai Bench, it is provided that since Infrastructure as also Human Resources is lacking and raising of the same is likely to consume not less than two months, all filings in respect of Chennai Bench Jurisdiction shall be done at the Principal Bench at New Delhi even after 18th March, 2020 i.e. the date of constitution of the Chennai Bench, till the Bench at Chennai is expected to become functional in all probability in the month of June, 2020.

2. In continuation of Order dated 16th March, 2020 regarding filing of Appeals pertaining to jurisdiction of Chennai Bench at Principal Bench, New Delhi till the Chennai Bench is made functional at Chennai, it is provided that Chennai Bench comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Venugopal M., Member (Judicial) and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Kanthi Narahari, Member (Technical) shall hold its sitting in Court No. III to admit, hear and dispose of such appeals as may be filed after constitution of Chennai Bench w.e.f. 18th March, 2020 in terms of Notification, S.O.No. 1060(E) dated 13th March, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It is further provided that all mentioning pertaining to Chennai Bench shall also be made before the same Bench.
