NCLT Order dated 29.08.2023 prescribing changes in the Efiling system to kept in abeyance till 15.09.2023

ORDER

1. Hon’ble President has received a request from the NCLT Bar Association that the Order dated 29.08.2023 issued by Joint Registrar on 29.08.2023/File No. 25/02/2023-NCLT prescribing changes in the Efiling system may be kept in abeyance till 15.09.2023. Hon’ble President has accepted the request of the Bar Association.

2. During the intervening period NCLT/NIC will hold a webinar/s to disseminate the requisite information for guidance of Counsels/Stakeholders.

3. NCLT website may be seen with regard to dates and time of the webinar.

4. Any inadvertent error may be brought to the attention of the undersigned.

5. This issues with the approval of Hon’ble President.
