The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the the appointment of following persons against the two posts of Part-Time Member in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI):

(i) Shri Krishnamurthy Subramanian, Chief Economic Advisor, Government of India.

(ii) Shri B Sriram, Former Managing Director & CEO, IDBI Bank Limited.

2. Necessary communication in this regard has been sent to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
