NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th February, 2019

S.O. 1090(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Rajiv Mani, Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs as ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India vice Sh. G. S. Yadav, ex-Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser.
