NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th September, 2018
S.O. 4996(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993, (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services) number S.O. 831(E), dated the 15th March, 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 15th March, 2017, namely
In the table, in serial No. 4, for the entry column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

| 4 | “Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar, Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur, Malda and Murshidabad districts in the State of West Bengal and the State of Sikkim.” |
