ORDER

1. In supersession of the order dated 10th October 2021, in relation to the NCLT bench at Amaravati, Hon’ble President is pleased to direct that NCLT Amaravati Bench shall function for all purposes from Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

2. All the necessary facilities have been provided for smooth functioning of work at NCLT Amaravati Bench.

3. Hon’ble President has also directed that Hon’ble Justice Telaprolu Rajani, Member (Judicial) shall continue to preside over the NCLT Amaravati Bench till further orders.

4. The Constitution of Bench is as per section 419 (3) of the Companies Act, 2013.

5. This issues with the approval of Hon’ble President, NCLT.
