Chapter IX – Resolution plans

Regulation 47: Evaluation of resolution plans.

47. (1) The resolution plans received under regulation 46, which comply with the requirements of the Code and these Regulations, shall be evaluated on the basis for evaluation.

(2) The resolution plan which gets the highest score under sub-regulation (1) shall be selected for competition with the base resolution plan.
