Chapter III – Disposal of Grievance
Regulation 6: 1[Disposal of grievance by the Board].
6. (1) The Board may seek additional information and records from the aggrieved and information and records from the concerned service provider to decide if the grievance requires any redress by the service provider.
(2) The aggrieved and the service provider shall submit the information and records sought under sub-regulation (1) within 2[seven] days thereof.
3[Provided that an additional time not exceeding seven days may be granted by the Board for submitting the information and records sought under sub-regulation (2) on the request of the service provider.]
(3) The Board shall close the grievance within 4[thirty] days of its receipt if it does not require any redress.
(4) The Board shall direct the service provider to redress the grievance within 5[thirty] days of its receipt if it requires any redress.
