NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd March, 2019

S.O.1118(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (l) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the New Delhi International Arbitration Centre Ordinance, 2019 (Ord. 10 of 2019) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Ordinance) read with section 7 of the said Ordinance, the Central Government hereby specifies the 2nd day of March, 2019 as the specified date for the purposes of section 7 of the said Ordinance.
