The concomitant power of disclosure vests in the Arbitral Tribunal by virtue of Section 19 of Arbitration Act and not Section 17(1)(ii)(c) as the legislative policy seems to be to prevent institution of appeals against such orders as they have a debilitating effect on the conduct of arbitration proceeding – Union of India Vs.
