Video-conferencing hearing in NCLT Mumbai Bench is suspended due to Cyber Security issues

ORDER

Due to Cyber Security issues on two occasions, the Video-conferencing hearing in NCLT Mumbai Bench is suspended with immediate effect till NIC gives clearance that the systems are secure.

Advocates, Public Litigants/Party-in-persons, Media persons, appearing through VC shall opt to appear physically until the VC proceedings are restored with new safeguards. The restoration of the VC proceedings will be informed to the general public shortly.

This is issued with the approval of Hon’ble President, NCLT.
