All about Indian Insolvency Laws | All at one place

A new opportunity for our professionals has been opened since Insolvency Law was passed by Parliament in May 2016. When the professionals had entered in this field, they were facing lots of challenges due to lack of discussion forum and proper channel of real-time updated legal contents to meet its legal objectives. Then we came up with a platform ‘IBC Laws’ where all professionals can share their issues, exchange their ideas and views on this new legislation and now we have designed this web service to provide a single set of extensive collection of news & resources in this regard.

IBC Laws a new web-based resource which comprises all Indian Insolvency Laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Companies Act, 2013, SARFAESI Act, 2002, RDDBFI Act, 1993, SICA, 1985, Banking Regulations, RBI Guidelines, and other allied laws along with all judicial interpretations and pronouncements under Indian Insolvency Laws at one place. It is a complete guide of Indian Insolvency Laws & most updated website to keep you up2date in your Insolvency & Valuation Profession.

Our mission is to make a platform where all subjective matters under Indian insolvency Laws including companies’ acquisition & mergers, winding up & liquidation, valuation, bank NPAs and allied laws can be accessed at one place through www.ibclaw.in and make real time awareness among the Insolvency Professionals, Valuers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, Advocates and Students.
