As we provide full text of a judgment as well as Original copy of the judgment(downloaded from NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/Supreme Court website), our Case Citations are allowed to cite in submission file before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

Our Case Citation structure is as:
Read as:
First, Four words in bracket is Year of Reporting of the judgment. Second, Name of Reporter i.e. ibclaw.in (fix in all judgments). Third, Serial No. which is unique for each judgment in a Case Year and of a Court/Tribunal category. Fourth, Court or Tribunal, to identify the judgment.
