ORDER
1. In view of acceptance of withdrawal of resignation of Hon’ble Member (J) Justice (Retd.) Krishna Valli by Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 24.12.2023, the following directions are conveyed:
a. Order dated 22.12.2023 in respect of demitting of office by Hon’ble Member (J) Justice (Retd.) T. Krishna Valli issued by Secretary in Charge is withdrawn.
b. Order of Registrar dated 22.12.2023 to reconstitute the Kochi Bench with effect from 26.12.2023 stands withdrawn. The earlier Bench comprising Hon’ble Member (J) Justice (Retd.) Krishna Valli and Hon’ble Member (T) Shri S.B. Gautam shall continue to hold the Kochi Bench.
2. This issues with the approval of Hon’ble President.
